Port Forwarding

If you want to configure a port forward on your router, you need to visit the subscribers zone my.primetel and go to services settings-> port mapping -> turn on the port mapping

TCP/UDP ports can enabled ONLY from 500-60000 and forwarded to internal ip address 192.168.2.10. If you want any equipment (router, computer etc) to be seen from the internet, then that equipment must be configured with the following settings :

Static IP address = 192.168.2.10
Subnetmask = 255.255.255.0
Gateway = 192.168.2.1
DNS 1 = 217.27.32.196
DNS 2 = 217.27.50.125
