My remote control does not work

- Replace the batteries with new ones.

- Make sure there are no physical obstacles between the remote control and the set-top box.

- Restart your set-top box by removing the power cord. Wait about 20 seconds and reconnect it

- If the issue still persists, please vivit a Primetel store for replacement.
