Join our NOC Team
Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team ensures that our network infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This dedicated team monitors our network performance and is available around the clock. Our NOC engineers are passionate about solving problems quickly, and they are always on top of it!
Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters in Limassol.
What will your job look like?
- Monitor the Companyβs networks and services from NOC (Network Operations Center), using the network tools and systems.
- Carry-out fast and efficient 1st level troubleshooting when issues are encountered with the voice, data, mobile and TV networks.
- Escalate issues to the next support levels timely, when appropriate.
- Apply the NOC Policies and Procedures
All you need isβ¦
- University Degree in Computer Science or in a related field
- Networking knowledge (OSI, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)
- Knowledge of Linux and MS Windows
- Previous relevant experience would be an advantage
- Customer orientation, strong analytical skills and attention to detail/accuracy
- Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Availability to work in a 24x7 NOC shifts rotation schedule
